Mold-Masters and DME is a global leader in highly engineering equipment and customized solutions and aftermarket parts and services for the plastic processing industry. Large, global installed base serving mission critical markets including automotive, consumer goods, custom molders, packaging, construction, medical, and electronics.</div><div></div><div>
Our business is seeking an Operations Manager, for the US to lead Mold-Masters/DME in this region. The is a new role reporting to the Vice President of the Americas for Mold-Masters &amp; DME. The Operations Manager will have oversight of the full P&amp;L for the business located in Harrison Township, Michigan. The oversight will include sales, warehouse, customer service, finance, and IT.</div><div></div><div>
What You will Do:</div><ul><li><div>
Develop and implement the business short, medium- and long-term priorities that align with strategic objectives to drive sales and efficiencies.</div></li><li><div>
Exhibiting strong leadership capability to drive significant revenue growth and operational excellence and attracting, retaining, and motivating a high performing, diverse and global management team.</div></li><li><div>
Meet or exceed financial targets, align execution across the organization, develop business strategy, and implement plans to grow the businesses, drive innovation, commercial excellence, productivity/cost take out and growth.</div></li><li><div>
Champion continuous improvement to drive growth and efficiency.</div></li><li><div>
Ensures compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements applicable to the region.</div></li><li><div>
Drives cross functional collaboration across all functions like sales and engineering to optimize overall business results.</div></li><li><div>
Develop an annual business plan with specifics to SOPs, KPIs, and Project Management Plans (as necessary) to monitor the progress against these plans to ensure that the regions attain the objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and drive sales pipeline, including quota setting, performance KPIs and milestones, strategic selling opportunities, and value selling coaching.</div></li><li><div>
Utilize the latest technology to enhance the growth of an organization with an emphasis on digital marketing.</div></li><li><div>
Represent the company in potential negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments, and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to grow revenue and increase margins. Develop and oversee the execution of sales strategies, plans, programs, and systems.</div></li></ul><div><br>
Team:</div><div>
Reporting to the Vice President of the Americas for Mold-Masters &amp; DME the General Manager, the incumbent will develop and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring the right people are in the right places, and taking any actions as required, in order that the US organization is designed, staffed, and developed according to business needs.</div><div>
Basic Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum of three years of general management and cross-functional experience (across marketing, consulting, sales, operations, engineering, P&amp;L management) with at least three years of P&amp;L experience working in roles of progressive responsibility in a global industrial equipment manufacturing environment</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills</div></li><li><div>
Either led a sales team or had responsibility of sales</div></li><li><div>
Strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills</div></li><li><div>

Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Travel:</div><ul><li><div>
