Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations within a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally at the front desk</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational clarity</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling</li><li>Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office especially Excel to prepare reports, emails, and presentations</li><li>Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining proper phone etiquette</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication flow and administrative processes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry tasks is essential</li><li>Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and office management practices</li><li>Knowledge/Experience in manufacturing highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism</li></ul>Join us in this energetic role where your organizational talents will keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly!
