The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and control instrumentation, combined with leadership capability and hands-on project experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage all discipline engineering activities related to Mechanical and Control Systems.</li><li>Review and approve engineering deliverables including datasheets, specifications, P&amp;IDs, GA drawings, and equipment lists.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and project integration.</li><li>Provide technical support during design, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning stages.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes (ASME, API, ISO, ISA).</li><li>Interface with clients, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical queries and design deviations.</li><li>Monitor project progress, ensure engineering deliverables meet schedule and quality requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain discipline engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior engineers and support staff.</li><li>Ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).</li><li>10&ndash;13 years of relevant experience in mechanical systems engineering and control/instrumentation within EPC, oil &amp; gas, or large industrial projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, rotating/static equipment) and control system components.</li><li>Proficiency in interpreting P&amp;IDs, layouts, control logic, and technical documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with international standards (ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, ISA).</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced project environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience in large EPC or industrial plant projects.</li><li>Vendor management and technical evaluation exposure.</li><li>Site experience during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.</li></ul>Work Location<ul><li>On-site &ndash; Kochi, Kerala</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
