What You Will Do<ul><li>

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience designing and developing training, especially Technology Based Training (TBT), in a corporate or B2B environment.</li><li>
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.</li><li>
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools.</li><li>
