Benefits &amp; Pay
The pay range for this position is $18-$20 and is dependent on your experience and ability to connect, mastery of our processes and ability to retain and grow both customers and employees with your leadership. 
 
Hourly pay+<ul><li>Earn bonus based on growth goals</li><li>Earn five days of sick time per year</li><li>Earn a 3% company match for your simple IRA (after 1 year of work)</li><li>Earn 5 days vacation (after 1 year of working)</li></ul>

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for position.<ul><li>Bilingual in both English and Spanish</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Prior cleaning and supervisory experience or equivalent experience</li><li>Complete a background check</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>You are available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work between the hours of 6:30am to 5pm.</li></ul>
