Job Vacancy &ndash; Site Engineer (Fit-Out &amp; Retail Projects)Position: Site EngineerLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaCompany: MOMARRD Design &amp; ContractingMOMARRD Design &amp; Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team and manage the execution of retail and F&amp;B fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia.Requirements:* Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.* Minimum 5 years of experience in Fit-Out and Interior Finishing Projects.* Proven experience in executing restaurants, caf&eacute;s, retail stores, showrooms, and commercial fit-out projects.* Strong knowledge of construction details, finishing works, MEP coordination, and site management.* Ability to read and review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.* Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor.* Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.* Valid driving license is preferred.* Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Key Responsibilities:* Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.* Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.* Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained.* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.* Support project handover and close-out processes.Preferred Experience:Projects involving:* Restaurants &amp; Caf&eacute;s* Retail Stores* Commercial Fit-Outs* Fast Food Chains (QSR)* Showrooms &amp; Brand OutletsTo Apply:Please send your CV to hr@momarrd.comSubject: Site Engineer &ndash; Fit-Out ProjectsPay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
