This role involves building strong relationships, effectively promoting studio memberships and retail products, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment. The Studio Experience Member plays a key role in guest conversions, member retention, and fostering a strong community aligned with the mission of SWTHZ.ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIESGuest Experience &amp; New Membership Enrollment<ul><li>Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SWTHZ services will satisfy their needs and goals.</li><li>Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro&rsquo;s individual needs and goals.</li><li>Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol</li><li>Onboards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability</li></ul>Prospecting &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Effectively schedule appointments and follow up on all leads and potential new business opportunities.</li><li>Communicate and promote marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.</li><li>Manage leads using company software and execute daily outreach activities to maximize conversion.</li></ul>Member Experience<ul><li>Partner with the Studio Manager to ensure a best-in-class, member-centric experience.</li><li>Provide a friendly, engaging check-in process and address member inquiries with professionalism and care.</li><li>Build strong name relationships with members and act as a resource for their questions and concerns.</li><li>Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized studio environment.</li></ul>KEY SKILLS &amp; ATTRIBUTES<ul><li>Active Listening &amp; Relationship Building: Builds genuine connections by listening attentively, asking thoughtful questions, and demonstrating a vested interest in others&rsquo; success.
