Junior Team member - Manufacturing<div></div><div>
Summary:</div>
To support the manufacturing by adhering to the production plans and achieving the desired results in the shop floor<div></div><div>
Responsibilities Include:</div><ul><li>
Execute daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules</li><li>
Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)</li><li>
Ensure safe handling and movement of materials within the chemical process plant</li><li>
Comply with all Environment, Health &amp; Safety (EHS) and Quality protocols</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with:</li></ul><ul><li>
Maintenance for equipment availability</li><li>
Warehouse for raw material and finished goods movement</li><li>
Quality for product clearance and compliance</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><div>
The following are <i>required </i>for the role</div><ul><li>
Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology</li><li>
0&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries</li><li>
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline</li><li>
Team player with good communication and coordination skills</li></ul><div></div><div>
