Executive Assistant<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Summary:</h1>
Momentive is seeking a highly capable, trusted Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to multiple senior executives. This role plays a critical part in enabling leadership effectiveness through seamless calendar management, global travel coordination, and high-quality executive communications. 
 
The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, executive-level environment. The primary focus of this role is day-to-day executive support, cross-functional coordination, and driving administrative excellence. 
 
Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities Include:</h1>
Executive &amp; Leadership Support<ul><li>
Provide high‑touch, confidential administrative support for select senior executives.</li><li>
Proactively manage complex, interdependent calendars across time zones, ensuring efficient use of executive time.</li><li>
Prepare agendas, itineraries, and briefing materials to support executive meetings and engagements.</li><li>
Handle executive correspondence, screen calls, and manage meeting requests with professionalism and sound judgment.</li></ul>
Travel &amp; Meeting Coordination<ul><li>
Arrange sophisticated global travel, including multi‑country itineraries and visa requirements, with a focus on cost efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate executive meetings (on‑site, off‑site, and virtual), including logistics, technology, catering, and materials.</li></ul>
Administrative Excellence<ul><li>
Manage expense reporting, document retention, and executive records with accuracy and discretion.</li><li>
Draft, edit, and distribute executive‑level communications and presentations.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve tools, and enhance administrative efficiency.</li><li>
Provide backup administrative support for the Pearl River office as needed.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h1>
The following are required for the role<ul><li>
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional supporting executive leadership.</li><li>
Able and willing to work on -site 5 days a week in the Pearl River office.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex logistics.</li><li>
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated discretion and comfort handling sensitive, confidential information.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Experience with corporate travel and expense systems.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>
The following are preferred for the role<ul><li>
Experience supporting leaders in a global or multinational organization.</li><li>
Korean language fluency is a plus.</li></ul>

What We Offer:</h1>
Base Pay Range: $89,500 - $131,450
The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
