</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, employee referrals, and social networks.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b>&bull; Team Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management
</b></p></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Partner with HR business partners and global department heads to forecast talent needs.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Guide, coach, and support talent acquisition partners and contractors; coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies when needed.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Serve as a point of contact for hiring queries, budgets/forecasts, and recruitment metrics.
</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b>&bull; Process Improvement &amp; Reporting
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular updates to leadership.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus hiring drives.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Create and maintain reports from the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to support recruitment analytics and decision-making processes.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Analyze and control India budget reporting, ensuring accuracy, alignment with corporate financial goals, and timely submission of required reports.
</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b>Requirements
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>8-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition lead , preferably within a mid- to large-size private equity, SaaS, or computer software organization.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proven experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g., technology, sales, operations).
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of the Indian labor market and employment regulations.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate with global teams across regions to support cross-functional initiatives, share best practices, and drive alignment on key Talent Acquisition processes.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proficient with <b>Workday Recruiter </b>and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, <b>Accurate </b><b>Background </b>etc.).
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to manage your own requisitions and lead by example in meeting KPIs.
</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Strong customer service orientation toward both candidates and internal stakeholders.<br>
</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>Preferred Qualifications
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Prior experience managing or mentoring junior recruiters.
