This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence and innovation.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing tactics.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content visibility on search engines.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement.</li><li>Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.</li><li>Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, partners, and customers to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.</li><li>Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy, clarity, and consistency while maintaining a lively tone that energizes our audience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and video editing skills are highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.</li><li>Strong understanding of branding principles along with public relations strategies for effective communication.</li><li>Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all communications.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce environments or digital storefronts is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in photography or video editing can enhance content quality.</li><li>Exceptional relationship management skills combined with a proactive approach to social listening and community engagement.
