&lt;Overview&gt; Join our dynamic team as a Bookkeeper and become a vital part of our financial operations! This is a flexible, part-time, on-site Bookkeeper role located in Dalton, MA with the possibility for remote work. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, reconciling bank statements using both QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Additional duties include shredding, filing and making deliveries to clients.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Maintain accurate general ledger entries using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure consistency across all financial statements.</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.</li><li>Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and revenue streams, providing detailed financial report writing.</li><li>Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms; familiarity with Quicken is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation accurately.</li><li>Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and support audit processes.
