JD for AR Caller&rsquo;s<ul><li>Perform pre-call analysis of accounts receivable (AR) data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials / underpayments</li><li>Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, Identify and resolve issues with unpaid or denied claims</li><li>Review and analyze insurance remittance advice to ensure accurate reimbursement</li><li>Ensure timely payment of claims by appealing denials and correcting any errors</li><li>Review the claim allocated and check status by calling the payer and ask a series of relevant questions depending on the issue with the claim and record the responses or through IVR /Web Portal.</li><li>Prepare call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures by sending necessary documents to Payers and use appropriate client specific call note standards for documentation</li><li>Record the actions as per payer call and post the notes on the customer&rsquo;s EMR / EHR application platform.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and coding issues and ensure timely reimbursement.</li><li>Ensure you are updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations</li><li>Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Should have worked as an AR Caller for atleast 2 years for provider service</li><li>Knowledge of generating &amp; analyzing aging report</li><li>Good knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management concept</li><li>Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills with a neutral accent</li><li>Knowledge of Healthcare terminology, ICD/CPT codes will be considered a plus</li><li>Willingness to work in night shifts</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Technical support: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
