 Moncler is recruiting for a full time Stock Controller to join the dynamic team of our boutique in Istinye Park.
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Stock Controller with excellent organisational skills, to be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Stock Controller, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets by supporting the smooth running of the shopfloor.
 
 
 
 
 
 Main activities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensures a unique client experience, creating a long-lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;
 </li>
 <li>
 To deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To organise and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager
 </li>
 <li>
 To participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 To actively cooperate during preparation and execution of inventories
 </li>
 <li>
 To support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities
 </li>
 <li>
 To collaborate with the store team and to be engaged in Moncler&rsquo;s vision and mission in order to strengthen Company&rsquo;s Community and to work in a full integrated manner on a global scale, improving organisation and driving innovation as a team
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in a similar role; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies or warehouse operations is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have autonomy; will need to be independent and highly self-motivated
 </li>
 <li>
 Must demonstrate a methodical approach with a good attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Digitally aware and open to new ways of working, flexible to best practices for the business
 </li>

 &middot; Ensures an unique client experience, creating long lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of selling ceremony, aftersales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment which creates the desire to come back

 &middot; Cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories.
 
 
 &middot; Supporting to receive the deliveries, perform cycle counts, check stock layout.
 
 
 &middot; Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Qualifications
 
 
 
 &middot; Previous significant experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
 
 
 &middot; Passionate about Retail, client oriented, with commercial mindset
 
 
 &middot; Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
 
 
 &middot; Willings to evolve in the organization and being hard working,flexible ; open to relocate is a plus.
 
 
 &middot; Fluency &amp; Sophistication in English, proficiency in another language is a plus.
