Plan, initiate, and execute the recruitment workflow.</li> <li>Conduct screening calls, and in-depth interviews via phone calls, video calls, and in-person.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.</li> <li>Serve as a talent advisor to the business, reporting on market trends and candidate experience.</li> <li>Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.</li> <li>Source using diverse channels to attract the best talent.</li> <li>Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets.</li> <li>Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority.</li> <li>Think outside the box, be creative to find new channels and sources, and optimize our processes constantly.</li> <li>Think and act in a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes.</li> </ul> Your Experience & Skills <ul> <li>3+ years experience as a recruiter at a SaaS company</li> <li>Experience recruiting in Australia, with a strong preference for candidates who have also recruited in Japan and Southeast Asia</li> <li>Experienced in sourcing</li> <li>Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills</li> <li>Relevant tertiary studies</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously</li> <li>Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success</li> <li>High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism</li> </ul> Apply to this job We believe in equal opportunity.
