This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.Required Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years in a salon or beauty service leadership role (assistant manager, salon manager, lead coordinator, floor lead, or equivalent)</li><li>Demonstrated experience supervising staff (stylists + assistants)</li></ul>Experience handling HR-adjacent responsibilities:<ul><li>corrective conversations</li><li>attendance/tardiness documentation</li><li>performance conversations</li><li>conflict de-escalation</li></ul>Experience managing daily salon operations, including:<ul><li>service flow and timing</li><li>scheduling</li><li>inventory ordering</li><li>closing/opening procedures</li><li>product + backbar tracking</li><li>Comfort with high-end clientele, including influencers, PR, and VIP guests</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li></ul>Experience working cross-functionally with:<ul><li>PR teams</li><li>educators</li><li>stylists</li><li>corporate or brand leadership</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Ouidad service familiarity or experience with textured hair clientele</li><li>Knowledge of salon software (Vish, Mangomnt, Phorest, etc)</li><li>Experience with luxury environments and elevated guest expectations</li><li>Spanish fluency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
