Schedule (days/hours): Tuesday- Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead the day with purpose &ndash; kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.</li><li>
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.</li><li>
Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.</li><li>
Empower your team &ndash; delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.</li><li>
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>DDS or DMD from an accredited school</li><li>
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)</li><li>
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)</li><li>
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.</li></ul>
Compensation: Earn over $200,000 per year About:
