Job Description 
What do we expect from you?
Under the general guidance of the Director of Food &amp; Beverage or any other authorized by the management, assist in ensuring friendly, efficient and effective service of food and beverages to all guests in a timely fashion in accordance with standards and individual guest requirements, at all times respecting the Mondrian Doha Vision.
How your day looks like: 
<ul><li>
Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant</li><li>
Assist the leadership team of the restaurant in achieving high guest satisfaction</li><li>
Guide and lead the server in the restaurant</li><li>
Perform the duties of supervisor on regular basis</li><li>
Maximize sales potential and encourage up selling in order to maximize rates.</li><li>
Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.</li><li>
To work within budgeted costs</li><li>
To minimize abuse of operating equipment</li><li>
To ensure that requisitions for supplies are completed, delivered and accounted for.</li><li>
To minimize the use of overtime</li><li>
To ensure that there is enough operating equipment at all times.</li><li>
To record all voids, and report any payment discrepancies to Restaurant Manager.</li><li>
To follow Company procedures when handling cash, credit cards and cheques.</li><li>
To see guests concerning all complaints and report all complaints to Manager.</li><li>
To liaise with colleagues over guests requirements and needs.</li><li>
To ensure handover at shift end and beginning.</li><li>
To liaise with Head Chef on a regular basis.</li><li>
To liaise with Reception on a regulars basis.</li><li>
To gain customer feedback at all times.</li><li>
To complete a full report of the day&rsquo;s events in the Management Report Book.</li><li>
Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.</li><li>
Maintain a high customer profile, and handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and enquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow-through.</li><li>
Familiarize yourself with guests needs and requirements in order to ensure an efficient and friendly service</li><li>
Fanatical focus on quality and consistency in all areas, food and beverage quality, guest service, cleanliness, etc.</li><li>
Support all other revenue centers in the hotel such as Rooms and Events</li><li>
To be results driven and totally accountable.</li><li>
Attend daily business review meetings, weekly strategic sales meetings, management meetings and other meetings as required/requested.</li><li>
Undertake regular inspections to ensure that the company&rsquo;s assets are well maintained and protected.</li><li>
Ensure that the business is seen as a respected, important member of the community by local influencers.</li><li>
Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

Job Description 
What do we expect from you?
The Director of Finance is responsible for providing financial leadership in the financial area of the Hotel by supplying management with guidance and training. He/she is also responsible for focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels on internal control, ensuring compliance with all, and local and International financial regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.
How your day looks like? 
<ul><li>
Manage and communicate cash flow related issues which includes the accurate and timely preparation of cash flow statements, management of receivables, payables, cash balances, control mechanisms and timely deposits of all funds</li><li>
All laws and fiscal regulations of the country of location (which affect financial matters of the hotel) must be complied with. This includes the responsibility for seeing that proper permits and licenses are obtained for such things as currency transfers.</li><li>
The safekeeping of all leases, contracts, and any other legal records and documents which may affect the financial status of the hotel</li><li>
Signs, signifying the inspection and approval of all daily reports of operations, Monthly Reports, Monthly trends of operations reports, Monthly source of business report and Monthly Auditor`s Check list reports</li><li>
Signs, signifying his inspection and approval of all Daily Reports of operations, Monthly Reports, Monthly Trend of Operations Report, Monthly Source of Business Report and Monthly Auditor&rsquo;s Check List Report.</li><li>
Monitor hotel revenues and expenses and ensure the accurate recording in accordance with International established guidelines</li><li>
Investigate and critique variances to budget or to prior year and offer practical improvement methodologies to management</li><li>
Monitor the capital planning process by assisting management with the calculation of return on capital improvements, gathering support and monitoring the bid process, and ensuring proper upkeep of the property by evaluating scope of work and specifications</li><li>
Ensure hotels&rsquo; compliance on all regulatory licenses and permits, leases, contracts, legal agreements, and the proper execution of all operational taxes</li><li>
Provide assistance to management in enforcing compliance on all these items</li><li>
Analyze financial data and operations in order to assist and advise management in maintaining the hotels&rsquo; financial objectives. Ensure that all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliation&rsquo;s are reconciled on a timely basis</li><li>
Embrace a continuous growth environment by actively assisting in recruiting, review maintaining an inventory of Controllers, Assistant Controllers, Accounting Managers, and other managers for the organization</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Experience in the Middle East is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience specifically in Qatar.</li><li>
Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field &amp; professional accounting qualification.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years experience at a managerial level that includes:</li><li>
Preparation, review, analysis &amp; presentation of management &amp; statutory reporting.</li><li>
Extensive Knowledge of hotel internal controls.</li><li>
Knowledge of budget process.</li></ul></div>

Duties &amp; Functions:<ul><li>
Handle incoming catering, social, and wedding inquiries and convert them into confirmed business</li><li>
Proactively upsell menus, venues, AV, d&eacute;cor, and added services to maximize total event revenue</li><li>
Identify and develop new business opportunities within Arabic-speaking markets and social segments</li><li>
Build strong relationships with wedding planners, social event planners, and key clients</li><li>
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with hotel strategy and approvals</li><li>
Achieve individual and team revenue targets</li><li>
Conduct professional site inspections to convert business</li><li>
Create proposals and contracts in line with hotel standards</li><li>
Ensure all event payments, deposits, and guarantees are received as per finance policy</li><li>

Prepare floor plans, seating plans, and event coordination materials</li><li>
Conduct site inspections and planning meetings leading up to events</li><li>
Meet and greet clients on the day of the event and oversee smooth execution</li><li>
Conduct proper event handovers to Banquet Operations for flawless delivery</li><li>
Proactively solve problems onsite to protect guest experience and revenue</li><li>
Gather client feedback and share insights with CCS leadership</li><li>
Attend BEO meetings and ensure full operational alignment across Banquets, Culinary, AV, Engineering, Security, and Front Office</li><li>
Ensure all event details are accurately entered and maintained in Delphi / Amadeus</li><li>
Prepare and distribute Daily Event Reports to relevant stakeholders</li><li>
Ensure BEOs, floor plans, and operational notes are complete, accurate, and issued on time</li><li>
Ensure smooth internal communication between all departments involved in event delivery</li><li>
File contracts, maintain organized digital and physical files, and ensure timely collection of signatures</li><li>
Maintain accurate client and event records in all systems</li><li>
Manage correspondence and CCS-related inquiries professionally and in a timely manner</li><li>
Compile event data for internal analysis and reporting</li><li>
Process business-related forms including refunds, complimentary forms, entertainment</li><li>
vouchers, and expense reports</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with hotel systems, policies, and procedures</li></ul></div>
