Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Assist in creating short-form video content (Reels) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing direction.</li>
<li>Support ideation of creative concepts by researching trends, sounds, and formats across social media platforms.</li>
<li>Edit and produce basic video content using simple editing tools, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with content goals.</li>
<li>Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and contribute to content execution.</li>
<li>Test different content styles, formats, and storytelling approaches to improve engagement.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring engagement on published content and support responses to comments when needed.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Qualifications</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li>
<li>Basic experience or strong interest in creating Reels or short-form video content (portfolio or samples is a plus).</li>
<li>Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar applications.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok and current trends.</li>
<li>Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and content creation.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and experiment with new formats and ideas.</li>

<li>Handle board documentation, powers of attorney, corporate filings, and statutory records.</li>
<li>Review new products, features, and business models from a legal perspective.</li>
<li>Standardize contract templates and internal legal procedures.</li>

Key Qualifications</b></h3><br>

Bachelor's degree in law (LLB).</li>
<li>Licensed to practice law in Egypt.</li>

<li>Strong contract drafting and advisory experience.</li>
<li>Background in reputable law firm or in-house legal department.</li>
