About the Job:</b><br>

Managing all the sales&rsquo; cycles of corporate accounts from lead generation to activating the accounts, through leading a team who is dedicated for acquiring new accounts, maintaining and upgrading current accounts.<br>

<b>Description:</b>
</div><ul><li>Define the sales strategy in alignment with the company objectives and direction</li>
<li>Set clear sales targets &amp; OKRs in terms of revenues, number of acquisitions and active accounts</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end sales and account management cycle for corporate and high value consumers from lead generation to active transactions</li>
<li>Compile, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide reports to core members on performance</li>
<li>Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing</li>
<li>Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company&rsquo;s sales staff to ensure an effective salesforce</li>
<li>Monitor team&rsquo;s performance &amp; track their key achievement areas.</li></ul><br>

Key Qualifications</b></h3><br>

12+ years of experience including years of team management.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree of Business of any related field</li>
<li>Fintech &amp; start-ups background</li>
<li>Knowledge of Sales performance metrics</li>
<li>Forecast sales results and analyze sales data.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Solid business acumen and understanding of revenue growth, market dynamics, and customer needs</li>
<li>Proven ability in building and maintaining long-term client relationships</li>
<li>Results-driven mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making</li>
<li>Emerging leadership and influencing capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams</li>
<li>Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach</li>
<li>Demonstrated change-making ability, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving business environments</li><br>
