Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Develop and produce high-quality Reels and short-form video content aligning with Money Fellows&rsquo; branding.</li>
<li>Ideate, storyboard, and execute creative video concepts to explain financial services in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.</li>
<li>Monitor and incorporate trending topics, sounds, and styles from social media platforms into the content.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with campaigns, organizational goals, and the overall marketing funnel.</li>
<li>Partner with product and customer support teams to showcase key features and address user pain points effectively.</li>
<li>Analyze Reels&rsquo; performance using analytics tools to inform and optimize future content strategies.</li>
<li>Experiment with various content types, formats, and durations to enhance engagement and reach.</li>
<li>Create relatable and shareable content to foster audience interaction.</li>
<li>Work with the social media team to manage responses to comments and messages on Reels.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Qualifications</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
At least 2 years of proven experience creating Reels or short-form video content (portfolio or work samples required).</li>
<li> Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or equivalent tools.</li>
<li> In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their trends.</li>
<li> Strong storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.</li>
<li> Understanding of modern marketing funnels and how content drives users through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.</li>
<li> Use of AI manipulation tools (e.g., AI-driven editing, captioning, or content generation) is a plus and would set you apart.</li>
<li> Knowledge of fintech or a passion for simplifying financial topics is an advantage.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
