What You'll Do</b></h3>

As a CRM Engineering Intern, you will:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions under the mentorship of senior engineers.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing enhancements that streamline sales processes and improve the user experience.</li>
<li>Participate in debugging and resolving issues in Salesforce, learning best practices for large-scale CRM maintenance.</li>
<li>Join Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to gain exposure to real-world software development lifecycles.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Explore new Salesforce technologies, AppExchange solutions, and AI-driven tools, bringing fresh perspectives to the team.</li>
<li>Contribute to documentation and code reviews, developing awareness of industry standards and quality practices.</li>
<li>Own small, scoped tasks or projects that deliver direct impact to MongoDB's sales operations.</li>

<ul><li>Assist in Salesforce development projects including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configurations.</li>
<li>Help design and test system improvements to support Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.</li>
<li>Research and suggest innovative solutions in areas like automation, AI enablement, and user experience.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to development standards and participate in peer reviews.</li>

<li>In the process of receiving a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.</li>

<p>MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the &quot;in office&quot; working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.</p>

The Order to Cash team is a truly global team, that sits in three locations: Dublin, Austin and Gurgaon. The team is led by the Order-to-Cash manager. We are both an internal and external customer facing team. This team is a high-performing, collaborative team, made up of overachievers and driven professionals.
</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Description</b></h3>
<p>
The Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to AR Manager and will play a dynamic role on the team as a key contributor in the Order-to-Cash function. In this position, he or she will oversee billed receivables for the MongoDB, Inc. organization and be responsible for collecting monies owed to the company within a timely manner, and hit targets established by the Corporate Controller. This role also will work cross-departmentally with sales, legal, services and other finance team members to escalate problem accounts and proactively identify customers that may be a credit risk.</p>
<p>
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.</p>

Position Responsibilities Include</b></h3>
<p>
This position requires a driven individual who has refined communications skills and exceptional business acumen. He or she must be able to work independently and have to drive to follow up and follow through with increasing volume.
</p><ul><li>Contact delinquent customers via telephone and email and maintain consistent follow up with these accounts</li>
<li>Reply to dunning notice responses from customers</li>
<li>Meet or exceed individual cash targets as assigned on a monthly &amp; quarterly basis</li>
<li>Obtain purchase orders from customers as needed</li>
<li>Respond to invoice disputes by reading and understanding legal agreements and order forms related to the sale</li>
<li>Work with customers to secure PO funding for expense invoices</li>
<li>Pull receipts for T&amp;E Invoices</li>
<li>Utilize salesforce.com to obtain backup for invoices</li>
<li>Escalate accounts to Sales Management and AR Manager as needed and recommend accounts for bad debt/revenue reserve</li>
<li>Respond to general AR requests such as requests for invoice copies, W9, new customer vendor forms and other general customer inquiries</li>
<li>Assist with documentation of policies and procedures related to assigned responsibilities</li>
<li>Run AR Aging report and document daily collection activities into YayPay collections tool</li>
<li>Maintain AP contacts in Netsuite/YayPay</li>
<li>Perform and complete ad hoc projects as needed</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Profile Includes</b></h3>
<ul><li>Education: B.Com or equivalent</li>
<li>3-5 Years of experience in AR</li>
<li>Software Industry experience preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience working in accounts receivable, cash collection</li>
<li>Completes tasks in a timely and accurate manner</li>
<li>Fast and accurate data entry skills are essential</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills to support cross functional and global operations</li>
<li>Experience in high volume, fast-paced environment supporting corporate customers</li>
<li>Courteous, professional and passionate about providing the highest level of customer service</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, quality of work is consistently clean</li>
<li>Prior experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and YayPay preferred</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li>
<li>Familiar with legal agreements such as customer agreements and ordering documents. Ability to navigate comfortably through T&amp;C's</li>
