With your assistance, our content team's hard work will find the right audience and deliver information and solutions through web and email touchpoints.&#8239;You will help keep our company and client websites firing on all cylinders and ensure visitors get the most out of their online interactions.How you'll make an impact:We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic person who is ready to learn. A strong propensity for attention to detail and out-of-the-box thinking is a must. Your knowledge of web design and top-level optimization practices will wow your coworkers and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design &amp; Development: <ul><li>Create and maintain websites, web pages, and landing pages while adhering to brand standards and enforcing design/development best practices.</li><li>Lead the ideation and creation of web design comps aligned with content and ad campaign strategies and goals.</li></ul>SEO &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Maximize content delivery using industry-standard SEO and provide expert guidance to team members.</li><li>Spearhead ongoing website optimization initiatives through data gathering, analysis, and A/B testing.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Mentor junior web designers on technical issues, best practices, and innovative solutions.</li><li>Work with frontend developers to ensure optimal design, SEO, and tracking implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing data analysts and digital marketing specialists to implement and maintain ad trackers.</li></ul>Content &amp; Platform Management:<ul><li>Oversee the creation and maintenance of HTML email templates across various CRM systems.</li><li>Work within a customer data platform (CDP) to support marketing initiatives.</li></ul>Professional Development:<ul><li>Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Web Design or a related field</li><li>5+ years of proven work experience equivalent.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor others.</li><li>Proficiency with a variety of CMS platforms.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for in-depth discovery work.</li><li>Proficient in HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (Less or Sass).</li><li>Proficient in technical SEO best practices and implementation.</li><li>Knowledge of ADA compliance best practices.</li><li>Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience with Astro.</li><li>Familiarity with GitHub for version control.</li><li>Knowledge of SiteImprove for accessibility and SEO.</li><li>Experience with MailChimp or similar CRM platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with Bloomreach or other customer data platforms (CDPs).</li><li>Knowledge of JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li></ul>Ready to Join Us?
