As a
Cabinet Maker

, you'll be an essential part of our production process, supporting our skilled team in creating one-of-a-kind pieces. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with our team to craft, assemble, and perfect pieces that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in the assembly, finishing, and preparation of custom metal and wood pieces.</li>
<li>Support material handling, ensuring safe and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Operate machinery and tools in the shop safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall shop safety.</li>
<li>Conduct quality checks to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.</li>
<li>Participate in team collaborations to problem-solve and innovate on unique projects.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in a fabrication or similar hands-on role is a plus.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.</li>
<li>Physical stamina and comfort in a hands-on environment, including lifting and operating machinery.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>A genuine interest in creativity, design, and hands-on work in a custom fabrication setting.</li>
</ul>
