 who can edit, design, plan, and post content across our social platforms.

 You&rsquo;ll work closely with our founder and marketing to create videos, trends, and stories that reflect MonkiBox&rsquo;s purpose and bring our brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. Think of yourself as both the designer, creator, and the storyteller &mdash; showing the world MonkiBox through your eye, your creativity, and your Gen Z energy.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that align with MonkiBox&rsquo;s tone, aesthetic, and message
 </li>
 <li>
 Spot and adapt viral trends, audios, and formats into MonkiBox-style content (not copy-paste trends)
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture clean, aesthetic product content: Unboxings, Hands-on play moments, Behind-the-scenes clips
 </li>
 <li>
 Create clean, on-brand visuals for posts &amp; stories
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and publish content consistently across social platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life
 </li>
 <li>
 Join weekly brainstorms and present fresh content ideas, hooks, and storylines
 </li>
 <li>
 Track basic content performance and audience feedback to improve future posts
 </li>

 A natural storyteller who spends time on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts

 Strong filming skills on phone (steady framing, lighting, composition)

 You scroll TikTok/Instagram for inspiration and trends
 </li>

 You understand strong hooks and short-form storytelling
