Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong curiosity and growth, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers</li><li>Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive interactions among children</li><li>Supervise daily activities including playtime, circle time, arts and crafts, and rest periods with enthusiasm and patience</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s behavior using effective behavior management strategies to promote good conduct and emotional well-being</li><li>Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper supervision during activities and emergency preparedness procedures</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards in childcare settings</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or nannying roles with a focus on toddler care</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices</li><li>Experience managing classroom activities for young children while fostering positive behavior management techniques</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies</li><li>Familiarity with special education needs and working with children with disabilities is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers&rsquo; developmental stages</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and caregivers</li></ul>Join us as a Toddler Teacher to help shape the early experiences of young children through dedicated care, innovative teaching strategies, and heartfelt support.
