</b></p><p>A high-profile family in Dubai is seeking a talented and flexible Chinese/Asian specialised Private Chef to join their household on a full-time basis. The family consists of seven members, including four adults, and employs a team of staff.
</p><p><b>The chef will work closely alongside another chef who specializes in Nutrition and Patisserie, ensuring the household enjoys a diverse culinary offering.
</b></p><div>The role requires a chef with a <b>solid background in Chinese cuisine </b>and expertise in broader <b>Asian cooking </b>, as part of the family originates from that region. The chef must also work closely with the other household chef to prepare meals tailored to different family members.
</div><div></div><div>While <b>some members of the family prefer traditional Chinese dishes </b>such as dumplings, soups, steamed fish, noodles, and steamed buns, <b>other members follow a Paleo diet </b>and expect this to be a consistent part of their dining experience.
</div><p>Responsibilities include preparing daily meals for the family, working 6 days per week with one day off, and ensuring a consistent level of quality and creativity.
</p><p><b>A trial will be required as part of the hiring process.
</b></p><p>The family values a professional who can integrate seamlessly into their household, demonstrating flexibility, humility, and a collaborative spirit, while avoiding ego and drama.
</p><p><b>Travel will be required during the summer months, primarily to Europe and possibly to Asia.
</b></p><p>The position is ideally suited for a male chef, due to household preferences, and requires someone with experience in high-profile or private family settings.
</p><p>Accommodation is provided in a private room within the residence, and the family will cover the cost of flights to Dubai.
</p><p><b>Vacation: </b>30 calendar days per year after completing one full year of service. Days can be also used pro rata (2 days per month worked, until 1 full year is completed).
