MSRC is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Power BI Specialist to join a diverse team and support data analysis, visualization, and reporting needs within the U.S. Army Aviation &amp; Missile Center (AvMC). The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to aid in strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. 
Duties and Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to AvMC requirements.</li><li>
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members, leads, and stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.</li><li>
Create data models and perform data analysis to support operational and strategic objectives.</li><li>
Create reports (primarily using PowerPoint) to convey analysis to senior leaders.</li><li>
Monitor report performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards in all reporting activities.</li><li>
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.</li></ul></div> 
Education:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.</li></ul></div> 
Job Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
Minimum 5 years experience as a Power BI Specialist.</li><li>
Proven experience with Power BI development and report creation.</li><li>
Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, DAX functions, Power Query, and data warehousing concepts.</li><li>
Familiarity with Army data systems and security requirements is a plus.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Experience with Azure Data Services, SharePoint, or other BI tools.</li><li>
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R.</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.</li></ul></div> 
Additional Requirements:<div><ul><li>
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.</li><li>
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, active clearance preferred.</li></ul></div>
