<div>Preschool Assistant Teacher

We are seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our Montessori Preschool classroom. Our primary program serves children ages 3-6 years old in a Mixed Age Community. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are beginning their careers in early childhood education and want to grow in a supportive, team-oriented community. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Support the Lead Teacher in preparing and maintaining a safe, organized, and inviting classroom environment</li>
<li>Work with children individually and in small groups to encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence</li>
<li>Assist with classroom activities, daily routines, meals, and transitions</li>
<li>Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and engagement at all times</li>
<li>Foster a positive, inclusive classroom community through teamwork and clear communication</li>
<li>Model patience, kindness, and respect in all interactions with children, families, and colleagues</li></ul>
