We are looking for an experienced Montessori Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and providing individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.</li><li>Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.</li><li>Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and exploration.</li><li>Maintain a positive relationship with parents, guardians, and other staff members.</li><li>Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.</li><li>Encourage students to develop social skills, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 12 early childhood education units?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>transcript with 12 ECE units?
