We are a District that values cultural inclusivity, collaboration, high levels of learning for all students, and flexible pathways for students to explore. The AP & SA Specialist oversees the preparation of requisitions and purchase orders, processes payments, monitors budgets, processes budget transfers and journal entries, maintains fixed assets inventory, manages student activity accounts, initiates and maintains contracts for district equipment, assists with audit preparation, maintains W-9s, and processes IRS 1099 forms.
