This role will partner with various internal teams, including sales, operations, marketing, consulting, and legal, to ensure the creation of high-quality, timely, and compliant responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. For this role, we are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development activities for West Coast environmental consulting activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on support across multiple active proposals while gaining experience in proposal coordination, content development, and compliance.</div><div></div><div>

A DAY IN THE LIFE</div><div>
As a key member of the Proposal Centers team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:</div><div></div><div>
Proposal Coordination and Support</div><ul><li><div>
Support the preparation and submission of proposals, qualifications, and other client deliverables for assigned stakeholders.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Assist with RFP and RFQ intake, organization, and scheduling.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Help develop proposal schedules, compliance checklists, and content outlines.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts, project managers, and technical staff.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Format proposals and supporting materials in Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and InDesign.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Support version control, file organization, and final quality checks prior to submission.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Assist with uploading proposals to client portals and bidding/procurement sites.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Content and Library Support</div><ul><li><div>
Maintain resumes, project descriptions, and past performance content.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Assist with updating proposal templates, boilerplate language, and graphics.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Help ensure proposal materials align with brand and formatting standards.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Support organization of proposal content in shared repositories and systems.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Process and Administrative Support</div><ul><li><div>
Track proposal status and deadlines to support high quality, on-time submissions.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Assist with proposal metric reporting as requested by leadership.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and feedback from submissions.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct research of pipeline aggregator sites, and bid and proposal sourcing databases to identify suitable proposal opportunities.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Education and Experience</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
At least three (3) years of experience in proposal coordination, business development support, marketing, or a related role preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in ClickUp, Aprimo, Salesforce, or Loopio desired.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Internship or entry level experience in proposals, consulting, or professional services environments is a plus.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Prior experience with public sector (municipal, state, federal) proposal responses.</div></li><li><div>
Shipley and/or APMP certifications and training are desired.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
