We are 5-star rated, which is extremely important to us. We are now looking to add another skilled, reliable, and motivated Remodel Carpenter to our team.This is not entry-level labor. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works with integrity, and wants to grow with a company that values quality, professionalism, and strong team culture. You should have experience with working in bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. You will not be doing any plumbing or electrical, your position will be focused on demo, framing, drywall, flooring, paint, tile, trim, vanity/cabinet setting, &amp; hanging accessory fixtures/decor.If you care about doing things the right way &mdash; not the fast way &mdash; we want to talk.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, trim, cabinetry, and finishing touches in bathrooms, kitchens, and basements.</li><li>Jobsite setup, cleanup, tool organization.</li><li>Knowledge of PPE &amp; safety.</li><li>Follow rebuild direction closely, with an eye for perfect detail.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.</li><li>Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of the project.</li><li>Manage material installation, provide status of material shortages, overages, and assist in purchase of needed material when necessary, where you will be reimbursed.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to effectively relay project progression, road blocks, or timeline updates.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in residential remodeling (bathrooms, kitchens, basements)</li></ul><ul><li>Framing &amp; layout modifications</li><li>Cabinet installation</li><li>Trim &amp; finish carpentry</li><li>Tile prep &amp; installation (floors, showers, backsplashes)</li><li>Demo &amp; jobsite protection procedures</li><li>Ability to read blueprints &amp; follow scope of work</li><li>Accurate measuring and material planning</li><li>Professional homeowner communication</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills on job sites</li><li>Ability to work independently without constant supervision</li><li>Time management &amp; job pacing awareness</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Shower pan installation (acrylic or custom tile systems)</li><li>Waterproofing systems knowledge (Schluter, RedGard, etc.)</li><li>Drywall hanging &amp; finishing</li><li>Minor plumbing fixture installation (toilets, vanities, faucets)</li><li>Minor electrical fixture installation (lights, fans)</li><li>Experience leading a small crew</li><li>Familiar with building codes &amp; inspections</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years remodeling or carpentry experience preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in kitchens &amp; bathrooms strongly preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read tape measure &amp; layout accurately</li></ul><ul><li>Must have own basic tools</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul><ul><li>Strong work ethic &amp; positive attitude</li></ul><ul><li>Clean and professional appearance</li></ul>Bonus if you have:<ul><li>Tile setting experience</li></ul><ul><li>Cabinet installation experience</li></ul><ul><li>Drywall finishing skills</li></ul><ul><li>Experience running small crews</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
