 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 The Powerhouse Operator will perform a wide variety of duties essential to the manufacture of chemical products while consistently adhering to all established safety and operating procedures. This includes but is not limited to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform all duties in the operation of the Unit
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all safety and operating procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take readings and monitor process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate process equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow standard operating procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe and record all data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate activities with other operators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare equipment for maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle raw materials and finished goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and encourage the team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company&rsquo;s core values, competencies, and skills.

 Education Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Required High School or Equivalent
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preferred 1+ years chemical industry
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Working Conditions/Physical Demands
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be willing and able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays on a routine basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing and able to work overtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Climb stairs and structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work outdoor for long periods of time.
