While your primary responsibility will be content development and execution, you&rsquo;ll also act as a reliable backup when priorities shift, launches happen, or coverage is needed. That means being plugged into our systems and ready to keep things moving smoothly.This is a full-time, on-site position in Frederick, MD.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner on brainstorming and executing social campaigns (concept, copy, scheduling).</li><li>Create visuals and graphics for site promotions, email marketing, and giveaways.</li><li>Manage and upload product SKUs, imagery, and SEO-friendly descriptions.</li><li>Format and export creative assets (PNG, webp, PSD) with consistent styling and naming.</li><li>Write and optimize product descriptions for both SEO and AI-driven search visibility.</li><li>QA test promotions and web updates before launch.</li><li>Coordinate with developers, vendors, and outside partners.</li><li>Help organize files, track campaigns, and support cross-team projects.</li><li>Contribute to creative calendars, content planning, and campaign materials.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing, content, or creative operations.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools, social media, and eCommerce content trends.</li><li>Proficiency with platforms like Canva, ChatGPT, or similar.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.</li><li>Keen eye for detail and consistency across creative and data assets.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and reputation for &ldquo;getting it done.&rdquo;</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).</li><li>Exposure to Magento, Attentive, or similar platforms.</li><li>Background in eCommerce or merchandising.</li><li>A sharp creative eye for keeping branding consistent.</li><li>Experience with print or physical marketing assets (signage, flyers, event handouts).</li><li>A good sense of humor (and the occasional well-timed meme).</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With Us<ul><li>Join a growing business in a strong, in-demand industry.</li><li>Work on real, impactful campaigns &mdash; not just filler content.</li><li>Enjoy a mix of creative, digital, and operational tasks.</li><li>In-office culture with coffee, snacks, and fast feedback.</li><li>Competitive pay, full benefits, and clear growth opportunities.</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples.
