This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of supplier sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processing while working closely with cross-functional teams.Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support the day-to-day procurement operations of the company. This role will provide hands-on experience in vendor management, purchase order processing, budgeting and cost control. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to efficient procurement practices, and gain exposure to real-world business operations.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update vendor and procurement records.</li><li>Support the preparation and follow-up of purchase orders.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including filing and documentation.</li><li>Conduct market research into pricing and new suppliers.</li><li>Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations.</li><li>Perform procurement-related data entry and database updates.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements.</li><li>Track delivery timelines and update order status reports.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>BBA &ndash; Supply Chain.</li><li>Fresh Graduate or with up to 6 months of work experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization in the construction industry.
