The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team supporting the full hiring process, from scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters to ensuring systems, data, and candidate experiences run smoothly. You&rsquo;ll collaborate across teams in the US, UK, and South Africa, gaining visibility into a global recruiting operation and the opportunity to grow your skills in systems, analytics, and employer branding.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Partners, and People Operations.</div><div></div><div><br>

Maintain data accuracy across recruiting systems (Lever, Spoke, and related tools).</li><li>
Troubleshoot system issues and flag process gaps proactively.</li><li>

Based in East Providence, RI, you will be a crucial US-based member of the People Operations function, reporting to the Head of People Operations in London. Our small but mighty team is responsible for everything from back-end HR systems, benefits, and compliance to maintaining a culture that embodies our MAKEIT Values. Lead in the development of HR solutions/automations through the use of HRIS data feeds while ensuring compliant US operations</li><li>

Own the oversight of all US data used for strategic reporting and people statistics</li><li>

Draft, review, and finalize complex global policies, acting as the lead on ensuring legal compliance in both the US and UK jurisdictions</li><li>

Own the coordination and execution of the 401(k) retirement plan audit, acting as the primary liaison with Finance for all related filings and processes.</li><li>
