Role Summary</b></h3>
<p>
As lead of our Associate Clinician Program, you will support and elevate the supervision function across the organization&mdash;setting clinical quality standards, supporting and developing supervisors, and ensuring all supervision practices align with regulatory requirements and best practices. You'll partner cross-functionally to build scalable supervision frameworks, provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases, and drive consistency in documentation, training, and clinical decision-making. This role will ensure both supervisors and associate clinicians are supported, compliant, and equipped to deliver high-quality care.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h3>
<p><b>
Clinical Oversight &amp; Quality</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain consistent standards for clinical supervision</li>
<li>Ensure supervision practices align with ethical guidelines, licensing board requirements, and best practices</li>
<li>Oversee and provide clinical support on complex or high-risk cases.</li>
<li>Review and provide support for clinical interviews and their final scorecards.</li>
<li>Conduct clinical interviews for associate clinicians and clinical supervisors</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Supervisor Support &amp; Development</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Train, mentor, and support a team of clinical supervisors</li>
<li>Provide consultation and escalation support for challenging clinical situations</li>
<li>Support the coordination of supervisors joining the team and/or transitioning from therapist to supervisor within the Mood Team</li>
<li>Facilitate ongoing professional development and calibration among supervisors</li>
<li>Be available for emergency and/or short term coverage for Supervision of associates.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Program Development</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and improve supervision frameworks, tools, and workflows</li>
<li>Standardize documentation, expectations, and supervision processes</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally to integrate supervision into broader clinical operations</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Compliance &amp; Risk Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Offer training and oversight for Clinical Interviewers of Associates.</li>
<li>Guarantee supervision aligns with all state and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to identify and address clinical risks.</li>
<li>Provide effective coaching and support to both supervisors and clinicians.</li>
<li>Support audit processes and maintain precise supervision records.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Collaboration &amp; Communication</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Credentialing teams</li>
<li>Communicate updates, expectations, and best practices to supervisors and clinicians</li>
<li>Contribute to organizational initiatives that impact clinical care delivery</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Therapy Caseload</b></h3>
<ul><li>Maintain a minimum caseload of 5 clients per week</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are</b></h3>
<ul><li>Active, unrestricted clinical LCSW license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)</li>
<li>Meets BBS requirements for providing clinical supervision</li>
<li>5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience</li>
<li>2+ years experience supervising or mentoring clinicians</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ethical standards, risk management, and clinical best practices</li>
<li>Familiar with BBS Regulations regarding Associate and Supervisor requirements</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Experience in a leadership or program development role</li>
<li>Familiarity with telehealth or remote care models</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and training skills</li>
<li>Experience implementing and coaching clinicians on performance improvement plans</li>
<li>Technical and technology skills</li>

<ul><li><b>$70 per encounter for client caseload</b></li>
<li><b>$65 per hour for all clinical lead related duties</b></li>
<li><b>$40 per hour for all no shows, training rate</b></li>
