Our mission is to deliver quality work, great customer service, and steady, reliable care for our clients year-round.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a Lawn Care &amp; Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role focuses on recurring routed work such as weekly/bi-weekly lawn maintenance and quarterly pest control. You&rsquo;ll work independently, using a company vehicle and trailer, with all equipment provided.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Follow a scheduled route of residential &amp; commercial clients.</li><li>Perform lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing.</li><li>Apply quarterly pest control treatments.</li><li>Drive a company truck with trailer to service sites.</li><li>Maintain service logs and communicate with customers as needed.</li><li>Represent Mooe&rsquo;s Landscaping &amp; Pest Control in a professional, friendly manner.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license &amp; clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to operate a truck and trailer safely.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.</li><li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated.</li><li>Experience in lawn care or pest control is a plus (training provided).</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Recurring routes = predictable schedule &amp; income.</li><li>Paid training &amp; licensing assistance.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a local, expanding company.</li></ul>Pay$15 &ndash; $17 per hour (based on experience) + incentivesPay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
