Anticipated Compensation Range: Annual recoverable draw with minimum 7% commission with the opportunity for commission to increase based on level of sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide exceptional service throughout the customer&rsquo;s experience.</li><li>
Communicate effectively in-person &amp; over the phone to discover the customer&rsquo;s wants and needs.</li><li>
Selling AND closing a customer based on their wants and needs.</li><li>
Facilitating steps of the sale, such as the showing our value proposition, going over photos and layout with customers, design consults as needed, learning their long term and short- term goals, evaluating external design factors, submitting finance applications, collaborating with the customer through the free planning process.</li><li>
Maintain a working knowledge of our products and appropriately recommending them to our valued customers.</li><li>
Navigate and use various provided computer programs as selling tools.</li><li>
Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming feedback.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.</li><li>
Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
2+ years of successful commission sales experience</li><li>
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.</li><li>
Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.</li></ul>
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Physical requirements/Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally exchange information with colleagues, managers and vendors. The position is active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently reach for, pull, lift, and/or move items weighing up to and over 75 lbs. The employee must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.

Job Summary Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Category Manager to cover national operations. The Category Manager will lead, direct, and manage the procurement function and large-quantity purchases across the organization, and is responsible for all aspects of purchasing, coordinating, scheduling and optimizing inventory levels. Job Summary The Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing a content-first strategy across Moon Valley Nurseries&rsquo; social media and owned channels. This role focuses on producing educational, informative, and brand-aligned content designed to build trust and engagement with target audiences, particularly Gen X and Boomer demographics. The position requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on content creation, and performance analysis to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social and owned platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and the company blog Build, manage, and maintain an integrated content and editorial calendar Create original, educational, and brand-consistent content to support engagement and audience growth Write clear, effective copy tailored to platform-specific audiences Capture and edit photo and video content for digital distribution Support customer engagement and assist in managing brand reputation across social platforms Monitor content performance and analyze data to optimize future content strategies Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging accuracy, and overall content quality Identify and manage social media vendors &amp; influencers, partner with agency on paid social amplification and budgets.
