We are looking for a Projects Coordinator &ndash; Fit-Out to join our growing team. Professional RequirementsTechnical Expertise &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5&ndash;8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years specifically focused on high-end interior fit-outs (Commercial, Retail, or Luxury Residential).</li><li>Educational Background: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in budget management, including cost estimation, value engineering, and managing project .</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, health and safety regulations (OSHA/HSE), and fire safety requirements.</li></ul>Software &amp; Tools<ul><li>Project Scheduling: Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.</li><li>Design Literacy: Ability to interpret and critique architectural blueprints, MEP drawings, and detailed joinery shop drawings.</li><li>Daily Management: Experience using project management platforms like Procore, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam for RFI and submittal tracking.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Soft Skills<ul><li>Subcontractor Management: Proven ability to source, vet, and manage diverse trades (joinery, MEP, flooring, and glazing) while maintaining strict quality control.</li><li>Stakeholder Diplomacy: Excellent communication skills for interfacing with high-profile clients, landlords, and design consultants.</li><li>Quality Obsession: A &quot;snag-free&quot; mindset with a sharp eye for finishes, ensuring that the final handover meets the highest aesthetic standards.</li><li>Certifications: Professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, or RICS is highly desirable.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>driving license</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>fitout: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
