Job Title: Chef De PartieCompany: Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation ManagementLocation: Doha, QatarEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleMoonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience and strong expertise in food preparation, station management, and kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently according to the hotel&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Manage a specific kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, or others) with minimal supervision.</li><li>Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and food presentation.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain food safety and minimize waste.</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.</li><li>Supervise and train Commis chefs and other junior staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety guidelines, and hotel policies.</li><li>Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations and requirements.</li><li>Assist in inventory management and requisitioning of supplies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong culinary skills with expertise in preparing various dishes.</li><li>Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP standards.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li><li>Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Accommodation and meals (if applicable)</li><li>Paid leave and health insurance</li><li>Opportunities for career development and training</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit your updated CV with the subject line: &ldquo;Chef De Partie Application &ndash; Moonlight Hospitality.&rdquo; at maria@wonderpalace.com.qaJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
