HR GeneralistLocation: Navi Mumbai, India Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per month (depending on experience) Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Experience: 2&ndash;5 yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Female) to manage a broad range of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end HR processes and ensuring a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage the entire recruitment cycle &mdash; sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.</li><li>Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Post job openings on portals and manage candidate pipelines.</li><li>Handle pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including documentation and induction.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and trackers.</li><li>Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and experience letters.</li><li>Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Support compliance documentation and internal HR audits.</li></ul>3. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and communication initiatives.</li><li>Address employee concerns and provide administrative and HR support.</li><li>Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho or similar preferred).</li><li>Sound understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and compliance basics.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and discreet with confidential information.</li><li>Team player with a positive and approachable attitude.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment + operations/generalist role.</li><li>Prior experience in consulting, construction, or design-led organizations will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
