Key Responsibilities
•	Data Management & Reporting:
o	Collect, organize, and maintain BD and partnership data in structured dashboards (Excel/Sheets, Notion, or CRM).
o	Track performance metrics (CPI, CPM, engagement, affiliate conversions, etc.) across campaigns and social platforms.
o	Generate weekly/monthly performance and insights reports for internal and external stakeholders.
•	Business Development Support:
o	Assist in preparing partnership decks, proposals, and renewal reports.
o	Maintain an organized record of all partner communications, contracts, and deliverables.
o	Monitor competitor partnerships and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
•	Account Management:
o	Support the BD team in managing key accounts and ensuring partner satisfaction.
o	Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, creative, data) to align on campaign execution.
•	Business Intelligence:
o	Help develop data-driven insights to improve deal performance and optimize future partnerships.
