Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client's long-term data project while working closely with their IT team to ensure that data requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess a strong BI reporting background, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and/or Alteryx. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for building and refining BI reports, as well as collaborating with a variety of individuals to understand data integration needs and support a smooth transition into future phases.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work alongside the client's internal team to create and refine BI reports, with a focus on Power BI (preferred) or Tableau (acceptable).</li><li>Contribute to the reconciliation and clean-up efforts of data as part of the discovery phase.</li><li>Assist in translating business requirements into actionable insights and clearly articulate the technical needs of the client to the 3rd party IT group.</li><li>Leverage Alteryx to automate and streamline data processes, including &quot;churn and burn&quot; tasks, while maintaining high-quality reporting outputs.</li><li>Support AWS data systems integration where applicable and help optimize cloud-based solutions.</li><li>Work with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation to generate detailed reports.</li><li>Be open to learning new tools/technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, AWS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, HubSpot, etc.) and bring an eagerness to continuously improve skills.</li><li>Automated task scheduling processes to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce manual intervention.</li><li>Help the client articulate their data needs effectively to the 3rd party IT group as they move into the next phase of data integration.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in BI reporting tools; Microsoft Power BI (preferred) or Tableau (acceptable).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Alteryx (strongly preferred) and ability to automate data processes.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL for database queries and data manipulation.</li><li>Experience with AWS and/or Azure Data Factory (preferred, but not required).</li><li>Snowflake experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Jams and HubSpot is a huge advantage.</li><li>PL-300 Certification is a nice-to-have, but not required.</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to &quot;hit the ground running&quot; and work independently.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into clear insights.</li><li>Eager to work on and learn multiple aspects of the BI process, from reporting to automation, with a focus on long-term solutions.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.</li><li>A coachability mindset, with an openness to feedback and continuous self-improvement.</li></ul>About the Project:Phase 1 - Reconciliation, clean-up, and discovery (currently underway and forecasted for the next 6-12 months) The client&rsquo;s goal for this phase is to create clear documentation and articulations of their data needs for third-party IT integration.Phase 2 - Focusing on data integrations into a new HubSpot warehouse.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
