The Human Resources Assistant role plays a vital part in supporting HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational events, contributing to the effective functioning of the firm and the well-being of its professionals and employees.</p><br>

<p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Organize, and manage electronic filing of employee documents, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.</li>
<li>Support the firm's implementation of new HR processes, by helping and coordinating as required.</li>
<li>Responsible for administration of 90-day evaluations as needed for Business Operations Professionals.</li>
<li>Maintain and update logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating and organizing firm-wide programs for staff, to promote employee engagement and morale.</li>
<li>Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Generalist, contributing to the efficient operation of HR processes, and supporting the overall objectives of the firm.</li>
<li>Provide backup support to the HRIS Coordinator, assisting with HRIS functions and related tasks as required.</li>
<li>Regular in-person attendance required to fulfill the essential functions of the position and contribute effectively to team collaboration and coordination.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p><br>
<p>
</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or BA degree preferred.</li>
<li>At least 1-3 years&rsquo; experience in a professional setting required.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The work is primarily sedentary.</li>
<li>It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.</li>
<li>The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.</li>
<li>The work at times requires bending, squatting, and reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights.</li></ul><br>
