 JOB SUMMARY
 
 
 
 As a Pizza Line Cook, your main focus is to prepare and create delicious, high-quality food that follows the Tooth Company's recipes and accommodates customer preferences. You will work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure that our guests have a fantastic dining experience. Pizza Line Cooks must maintain a clean work environment and follow company hygiene and dress code policies to ensure food safety. Join us for a fun and fulfilling opportunity!
 
 
 AM and PM shifts available. Must be able to work Sundays.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
 </li>
 <li>
 Read printed tickets carefully with attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately produce orders following recipe guidelines and ticket specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor temperature and cooking times while taking personal pride in every item delivered for service
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate kitchen equipment safely
 </li>
 <li>
 Proper handling and rotation of food according to food service codes
 </li>
 <li>
 Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or willing to obtain).Experience preferred; however, this is a teaching kitchen, and we are willing to take on the right candidate with a positive attitude in place of experience. Ample growth opportunities for the right candidate.

 Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina

 Multitask and retain multiple called ticket items

 Basic knowledge of kitchen terminology and knife skills
