 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a robust business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as the Management Accountant for our corporate entities. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to operational excellence, offering subject matter expertise and strategic financial guidance for our corporate entities.
 
 
 As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in various financial aspects, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, drafting annual financial statements, overseeing supplier payments, managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance, conducting reconciliations, addressing ad hoc financial requirements, and collaborating on automation initiatives.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll be Doing

 Preparation of monthly management accounts

 Drafting annual financial statements
 </li>

 Assisting the Finance Manager in the external audit management process
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Oversight of all supplier payments

 Assisting the Finance Manager in cash flow management
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of secretarial services, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting various monthly and daily reconciliations across different ledgers
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Addressing ad hoc requirements and providing financial information on an as-needed basis

 Preparation of UAE VAT-compliant sales invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with the Finance Manager on various automation initiatives
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Supporting the Finance Manager in contract negotiations
 
 
 Revamping the payable function
 
 
 Assisting the Finance Manager in ensuring the timely processing of payroll
 
 
 
 What You Will Need For This Position
 
 
 
 More than 3 years of progressive experience in finance
 
 
 CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)

About the Role
As a Maintenance Executive at Moove , you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of our assets. Your role will involve overseeing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to guarantee the safety and reliability of our equipment and facilities. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, upholding Moove's standards of efficiency and quality. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your technical expertise while playing a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing<ul><li>Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs, to include preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to the fleet.</li><li>Take calls from suppliers seeking authorization to conduct maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Scrutinise supplier quotes to ensure optimal pricing in each market and ensure that maintenance being done is valid and appropriate</li><li>Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Moove's assets</li></ul>
 Control and monitor repair costs (parts and labour) in line with the maintenance fund Negotiate goodwill claims from OEM for repairs that are just outside of the warranty parameters<ul><li>Process the Insurance claims in line with Policy requirements and report on them effectively as and when required</li><li>Ensure that all Insurance claims are completed expediently and vehicles brought back to operation in the minimum timeframe</li><li>Build, Manage, Measure, and Maintain relationships with Suppliers and Repair outlets to ensure that uptime of Fleet is maximised</li><li>Continuous Improvement mindset with respect to processes and systems to create efficiencies and synergies</li><li>Ad Hoc investigations and solutions as required from time to time. What you will need for this position</li><li>Candidate must possess a High School Certificate</li><li>Competent in Motor Mechanics</li><li>1-2 years of fleet maintenance experience preferred.</li><li>Associates or Technical degree in Motor Mechanics would be advantageous</li><li>Hands-On Fleet Industry Experience is a must</li><li>Strong customer service and organisational skills required</li><li>Attention to detail is compulsory</li><li>Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; Google Office Suite and web-based applications preferred Key Metrics</li><li>Time bound fleet inspection and report generation as per plan checklist (Only if in our Parking lot )</li></ul>
 Projection preparation for repairs ( Tyres, Suspension, aesthetic, electricals &amp; Battery) Collation of all data and aligned team to resolve issues Timely closure of Repair complains<ul><li>Handle team of On Road support</li><li>Workshop overview coordination for Issue vehicle or stock in WS more than 4 days GMS/7 DAYS Accidents</li><li>Guidance / decision for insurance claim vs repairs</li><li>Coordination with RSA/Towing Crane for workshop allotment Geography wise.</li><li>Guidance / decision for insurance claim vs repairs if claim then Claim Intimation documentation,Workshop visits .</li><li>Coordination with workshop/Surveyor on daily status</li><li>Insurance Google sheet updates</li><li>Daily report on claims.</li></ul>
