We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist with a solid background in the construction industry to manage and support the full scope of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, training, and safety programs. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

The Contractor Billing Specialist is responsible for accurately preparing, reviewing, and submitting invoices for construction or service-related projects. This role ensures that all billing aligns with contract terms, project progress, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction billing, including AIA billing, time and materials (T&amp;M), and progress billing formats.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients per contract terms.</li><li>Review contracts, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure billing accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and accounting teams to gather necessary billing documentation.</li><li>Ensure all supporting documents (e.g., lien waivers, certified payroll, timesheets) are included with invoices when required.</li><li>Track and resolve billing discrepancies, disputed charges, or delayed payments.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of all billed and unbilled items.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and industry standards.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as it relates to revenue recognition and billing status.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required billing documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
