We are building a strong kitchen team that values consistency, speed, cleanliness, and great flavor.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Shawarma &amp; Grill Chef who specializes in preparing shawarma, grilled meats, with consistency and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in fast-paced kitchens and be capable of handling high-volume service while maintaining quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and cook shawarma, grilled meats, chicken, and related items according to recipes and brand standards</li><li>Operate shawarma machines, grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and portioning of meats</li><li>Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality</li><li>Monitor cooking times and maintain speed during peak service hours</li><li>Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and prep stations</li><li>Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and minimizing waste</li><li>Support kitchen prep and daily opening/closing procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef, Grill Chef, or similar role</li><li>At least 1-2 minimum experience in Qatar market</li><li>Strong knowledge of shawarma preparation and grilling techniques</li><li>Experience in high-volume restaurant or delivery kitchens preferred</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards</li><li>Team-oriented with strong discipline and attention to detail</li></ul>Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
