Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greeting guests and directing them appropriately</li>
<li>Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image</li>
<li>Assist with administrative duties which include:</li>
<li>Data Entry</li>
<li>Keeping Accurate Records</li>
<li>Organizing Files/Records</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Receptionist Experience is Required</li>
<li>Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel</li>
<li>Strong Customer Service Skills</li>
<li>Excellent Communication Skills</li>
<li>Keep Accurate Records</li>
<li>Detail Oriented</li>
<li>Time Management Skills</li>
<li>Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills</li>
<li>Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic</li>
<li>Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas</li>
<li>Ability to be a Team Player</li>
<li>Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English</li>
</ul>
