```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Grounds Crew team. As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds of our facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.```Responsibilities:``` - Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging. - Maintain hardscape areas including sidewalks, driveways, cart paths and parking lots - Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently - Assist with tree trimming and removal as needed - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment - Dig holes and trenches for planting or installation purposes - Provide general care for trees, including pruning and fertilizing - Assist with the construction of new landscape features```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in landscape maintenance preferred - Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in groundskeeping - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating machinery - Familiarity with tree care techniques and safety protocols - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordFull and Part-time positions available with opportunities for growth within our organization.
