Reporting to the Manager of IT Business Relationship Management, will develop and maintain strong firm relationships and serve as the client interface to formulate business needs and translate them to justified concept projects and hold an end-to-end oversight role on the projects and own the domain specific IT roadmap.
This position will reside in our Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Responsibilities include:
<ul><li>Build strong working partnerships as the trusted advisor representing IT with the business, provides inputs and business perspective into IT strategy and architecture development.
</li><li>Facilitate deep‑dive discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover implicit workflows, undocumented processes, operational risks, and unmet needs.
</li><li>Analyze business requirements to develop the business case for qualification, proposal, and prioritization.
</li><li>Prioritize projects and own the domain-specific IT roadmap, leading and guiding business partners in the analysis, selection and implementation of technology and services.
</li><li>Lead stakeholder business planning and strategy meetings and reports on project progress.
</li><li>Act as point of escalation for issue resolution and communication of changing requirements.
</li><li>Lead adoption and governance of SharePoint Online, including site architecture, metadata design, permissions models, and lifecycle management.
</li><li>Design and deliver Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven), automating business workflows using Power Automate.
</li><li>Prototype or build interim solutions where appropriate, ensuring the business can operate effectively while long-term solutions are evaluated or developed.
</li><li>Document, monitor, maintain, and optimize processes and automated workflows for reliability and scalability.
</li><li>This role may directly or indirectly supervise non-supervisory employees as directed by the manager of Program Management.
</li></ul>Experience and qualifications:
<ul><li>Education equivalent to BA, BS Degree or the equivalent in related work experience (Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Management etc.).
</li><li>Five or more years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of business analysis and/or project management experience.
</li><li>Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, ITIL, PMP, CSM and Agile-related certifications.
</li><li>Effective project management and critical thinking skills.
</li><li>Background in software development including coding, quality assurance, business requirements/process analysis, and technical design.
</li><li>Experience performing business discovery, mapping end‑to‑end processes, and identifying gaps between current and desired states.
</li><li>Collaboration skills working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, drawing out details needed for effective solution design.
</li><li>Direct experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions.
</li><li>Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., low-code/no-code tools, RPA solutions).
</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams integration.
</li><li>Additional technical skills:

The Business Development Coordinator will support the implementation of business development goals and activities and will be expected to coordinate day-to-day activities at a fast pace. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and advancement of critical client-centric business development strategies across the department.
Candidates must be self-motivated, responsive, analytical and detail-oriented, and have outstanding organizational skills. This position requires a high energy level and flexibility with overtime.

What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Work within the firm&rsquo;s experience database system to record and search for related experience
</li><li>Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research using the firm&rsquo;s contact management software, intranet and external platforms, and create reports in support of business development activities.
</li><li>Develop summaries for firm related transactions
</li><li>Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations under the direction of managers/ senior managers.
</li><li>Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and visual resources, and other documents, collaborating with colleagues across departments to format, edit, proofread, print, and compile deliverables to firm standards.
</li><li>Work in coordination with marketing and events teams to support the development of content for events, identify practice generation targets and opportunities, and conduct event follow-up.
</li><li>Assist with budget development, maintenance, and tracking.
</li><li>Coordinate responses to ad hoc assignments.

For positions in Boston, MA, the salary range for this job posting is: $62,000.00 - $99,200.00.
For positions in New York, NY, the salary range for this job posting is: $67,400.00 - $107,825.00.
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Primary responsibilities include:
